When you think of entrusting your kids to someone, it’s scary. But Kirsten and Seth and their staff make it easy. They are genuinely good people who care about kids and are willing to go above and beyond to ensure their safety and happiness!
Both our preteen and our teenager take classes at LMA and love it. Kirsten and Seth and their team are amazing. Our kids enjoy learning the techniques and the interaction with others in a safe, positive environment. LMA does a great job of keeping everyone safe in this time of the pandemic, too. I definitely recommend LMA to anyone looking for an activity for their children! They will learn skills that will serve them well in life.
My daughter recently started going here. She's 3 and they do an excellent job working with the kids on important skills, and teaching them martial arts in a fun and creative way.

Kirsten is the Head Instructor of LMA. She is also co-owner with her husband, Seth. Kirsten was born and raised in Jonesboro, AR. She has been training in Kenpo Karate since she was 6 years old. She enjoys working out, spending time with her family, and going to the beach.
